Terrible delivery and customer service, giving misleading information to customers

We had problems with Talabat every now and then but last night one is unbelievable.We ordered food and 1 hour & 10 minutes later driver calls me to ask me if this & this is my address(basically he asked me if my address is where he actually was at the moment, how the app was showing for me). My address was clearly written in the app, so I don't even understand why they are all the time calling about that but anyways I told him my adress, but he told me to call Talabat and change my address. I was very lost and didn't understood a thing. As you cannot call Talabat I started a chat with them on the app itself. After explaining everything and them checking my order, the customer service representative told me that some road is closed and it's too far for the driver to come. She also told me someone will contact me from Talabat in 7-10 minutes to resolve this. Non of the roads were closed as I checked on several very good and always updated maps. Since they were not calling after 10 minutes, I started a chat again, this time they connected me to the restaurant that we ordered food from and after asking what is wrong with our order, since it has been 2 hours already, they said driver is not assigned yet. I asked after 2 hours is still not assigned and they answered again just driver is not assigned yet. No sorry, no explanation, super rude and unprofessional and also a very different and misleading information from them since the driver already called me half an hour earlier to ask me about the address. After that I got a call from Talabat customer service representative to tell me that the driver had an accident and couldn't come. 4 different stories from 4 different people. Spent one and a half hour of my time at 1 in the morning trying to figure out what is happening with the order. At the end started another, last chat, canceled my order and got my money back and the compensation of 8 dhs, wooow! Maybe a small Coke I can buy with that. Terrible service, misleading information, not informing customers who are paying for their services at all about their orders, when they are late, why are they late or in general if there are any issues, which we as consumers have the right to know. Waiting time up to maximum 1 and a half hour is not a problem, but after 2 hours I have to contact them to try to resolve the mystery of my food instead of them contacting me and saying nicely what is the issue. Anyways, Talabat is deleted forever from my phone and not just I will not use it again, I will not recommend it to anyone in this world.
