my last order was a very bad quality , I complain to TALABAT through their live chat , the agent was rude and offer 8 AED compensation for a 50 AED MEAL , when I told her it's not about compensation , it's about health espically if there are kids eating , she answered,"what's the purpose of this chat then?".They didn't even bother themselves to record a complain against the restaurant. very poor customer service , zero customer satisfaction.
