I had just given an order to Pizza Hut. The tracking in talabat showed 22 minutes away, but I got a doorbell ring from the rider. Due to innacurate Tracking I was not sure if it was Pizza Hut. Also, the rider was standing to the side and not in front of the door. So I could only see his arm. I couldn't see a packet or a logo or uniform or anything! Firstly, the innacurate Tracking showed that my order was 22 minutes away secondly I cannot see the riders face, uniform or pizza packet. In what confidence would I be able to open the door ? I then cancelled my order right away.I have had a very bad experience from talabat. Highly non recommended. I have also uninstalled the app.
