I waited for my order for 2 hours, the driver had a problem with the bike but noone informed me and I kept on waiting. I had to contact them twice and call the driver many times and still my order arrived after 2 hours or even more! They should inform the customer if the driver is late or has issues to find another solution. Very disappointing.
