Recently they have this promotion for Talabat Dine. Basically it's just a pop up message and when you click YES you will automatically subscribe for free trial. There is no warning for the trial period nor email nor message and they will deduct you QAR99 after the trial ends. When you contact support services they will give you a time frame that they will certainly NOT DO. They will only say apologies for the inconvenience and will follow up but again they will never do. MAHA one of the staff is trying to play with me. I'm asking for a refund regarding this talabat dine and staff will answer is the food cold or not or something irrelevant on my case. As of writing the issue is still pending and no official email from them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
