Your service is freaky appalling, waited nearly 2hrs for an order mentioned 30min. Your team is rude and non responsive and the restaurant called me and mentioned clearly I should have ordered from Deliveroo or Careem and NOT talabat as food was waiting 30min with no driver ready.
