Talabat is by far the worst food delivery app in Dubai. I gave them so many chances, and they managed to mess it up every single time. They have been late, i couldn’t reach anyone, they lied about my food being on the way etc before. But this time, i learn after more than 30 minutes, my order hasn’t even been sent to the restaurant. Like i wonder how they are still alive in this very competitive market in UAE with such poor service levels? I deleted the app for good and i urge everyone to do the same, just switch to the competitors who are doing a great job.
