As a long-term credit card holder and someone who has shopped with this brand for over 25 years, I usually spend at least $1500 a year. I tried to return a pair of jeans but missed the 60-day window by just three days. The sales associate was unhelpful. I reached out to customer service and received a polite automated response that essentially told me to deal with it. Having modeled for the brand and purchased my clothing there for years, I know there are ways to accommodate loyal customers. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and I will no longer be shopping with them, either online or in-store.
