Terrible experience with my order

I was informed that my order had been shipped, but the tracking app indicated it wasn't even prepared for shipping. The company claimed the app was outdated, yet my order eventually vanished from it. They took my payment without sending my sweater. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; they will take your money but fail to deliver.

I ordered a sweater advertised for $79.95, originally priced at $160.00 Canadian. What I received was a mediocre sweater that I wouldn't have paid more than $50.00 for in a store. The quality was subpar, and the sizing was off. Their return policy was not as stated—I was only offered 20% back. I confirmed with a representative from the legitimate company that they do not advertise on social media. If you wish to buy from the authentic store, make sure to visit their official website. It appears this seller might be using a similar name to attract unsuspecting shoppers. Always double-check the website before placing an order.

Something feels off!

I live in South Carolina and was heading north for a wedding. I decided I needed a winter coat for Ohio and purchased a quilted jacket at 50% off. The next day, I received a backorder notice, followed by another message saying it was "Sold Out In a Flash!" I checked again and saw that all sizes were still available. It seems like they didn’t want to sell the coat at that discount. I was too frustrated to reorder. Later, I received a similar message about a dress I purchased on sale. Again, all sizes were available. It’s clear they don’t intend to honor certain discounts. If this continues, I might consider legal action. I repurchased the dress at 40% off, but if I get another "Gone in a Flash!" message, I will pursue further action. If they don’t want to offer discounts on specific items, they should indicate that clearly. This feels unethical, and as a long-term customer, I’m very disappointed.

Unsatisfactory product and service

The products received do not match their online representation. The quality is not as advertised. I attempted to return my items, but the process has been nearly impossible. Their website states returns are allowed within 14 days for a refund. I received my order on November 19 and have been trying to return it since. They claim a 20% refund is all I can receive in this case, or a 25% discount on a future purchase, which I will not consider. I’ve inquired about the reason for the lack of a full refund but have not received a response. I plan to contact my credit card provider for assistance. This is certainly not the brand I remember.

Feeling undervalued as a customer

I received items that were not what I ordered, and the packing slip indicated they were meant for someone else, even though the package was addressed to me. When I contacted customer service, they insisted I return the incorrect items before they would reship my original order. Really? Do I work for them now? It’s frustrating to wait for them to resolve their mistake, especially since I’m currently on bed rest after surgery. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I will cease all future purchases and keep the items they sent by mistake, which happen to fit my daughter. This is no way to treat a loyal customer! UPDATE: After escalating the issue, I received no different solution. They still require me to return the incorrect merchandise before processing my order, so I have decided to sever all ties with the brand.

Deeply frustrated and upset

I ordered a long coat and, after a long wait, received a small, poorly packed item. The coat was badly creased and of poor quality. Trying it on revealed it was two sizes too small, even though I ordered my usual size. The sleeves were uncomfortably tight. I repacked it and emailed customer service. After much back and forth and sending a requested photo, they refused to issue a refund or credit unless I provided my Visa details and offered me just a 20% refund. I will never shop here again as they don't support their products and make the return process unnecessarily complicated.

Lost my loyalty as a customer

As a long-term credit card holder and someone who has shopped with this brand for over 25 years, I usually spend at least $1500 a year. I tried to return a pair of jeans but missed the 60-day window by just three days. The sales associate was unhelpful. I reached out to customer service and received a polite automated response that essentially told me to deal with it. Having modeled for the brand and purchased my clothing there for years, I know there are ways to accommodate loyal customers. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and I will no longer be shopping with them, either online or in-store.

Avoid making a purchase…

Avoid buying from them. I paid nearly $20 for express delivery expecting my order to arrive in two days. I placed my order on October 29, and according to their system, it should have arrived by October 31. When I called customer service, they informed me that it would actually take 3-6 days. This is more akin to standard shipping, not express. They take your money but don’t deliver as promised. I will be returning the package regardless. Customer service has not been helpful at all.

Frustrating experience with the website and chat

I selected three items for purchase during a special discount sale. As the cutoff time approached, I tried to submit my order, but the website kept redirecting me to the billing screen, preventing me from completing the order. After several attempts, I decided to try the live chat feature to ask if they would honor the discount since their website was malfunctioning. The first chat timed out before I could explain. The second agent told me to place the order and provide the number for a discount, but that chat also timed out. The third attempt began well, but I was disconnected again. Ultimately, after multiple website failures and chat issues, I’m unsure if my order has been adjusted. UPDATE: My account has been credited, so the discounts were applied. However, it was unfortunate that I had to spend so much time resolving this.
