Feeling undervalued as a customer

I received items that were not what I ordered, and the packing slip indicated they were meant for someone else, even though the package was addressed to me. When I contacted customer service, they insisted I return the incorrect items before they would reship my original order. Really? Do I work for them now? It’s frustrating to wait for them to resolve their mistake, especially since I’m currently on bed rest after surgery. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I will cease all future purchases and keep the items they sent by mistake, which happen to fit my daughter. This is no way to treat a loyal customer! UPDATE: After escalating the issue, I received no different solution. They still require me to return the incorrect merchandise before processing my order, so I have decided to sever all ties with the brand.
