After several attempts, I decided to try the live chat feature to ask if they would honor the discount since their website was malfunctioning. The first chat timed out before I could explain. The second agent told me to place the order and provide the number for a discount, but that chat also timed out. The third attempt began well, but I was disconnected again. Ultimately, after multiple website failures and chat issues, I’m unsure if my order has been adjusted. UPDATE: My account has been credited, so the discounts were applied. However, it was unfortunate that I had to spend so much time resolving this.
