Unfortunately it is true what the other customers wrote.I ordered this device totally trusting Talika's quality I was used to from the previous eye mask. It turned out to be of inferior quality, like the made in China products you buy on amazon for 15 Euros. There were not many photos on the website back then so I made my purchase totally on trust. It's fabric (not hygienic, not possible to wash, and only a couple of red lights) When I received it I was very disappointed to see it and contacted the customer service. I wrote them that I opened the box and was very disappointed and I would like to return it. They replied explaining how and where to turn it. I wrote many times that the box is opened and asked for confirmation that I would receive a full refund. They again sent me the address to send it to. I sent it back paying 20 Euros shipping within the EU. Now the company is refusing to refund my money because the box is opened - which I had said in my e-mails - and they kept my money AND the product. They gave me a store credit for a lot less what the product now costs and I cannot use it for anything else as there is nothing else I want to buy there. They didn't tell me they won't refund but told me to send it back and now they don't take any responsibility for their error. I feel totally cheated for my money. Now the customer service is not even responding to my emails. This is not ethical treatment of customers let alone customer friendly.ps_ The company doesn't publish critical reviews. My critical review got just ignored. Only positive 5 star reviews are getting published, it seems, which doesn't create trust.
