Review Time
Unfortunately it is true what the other customers wrote.I ordered this device totally trusting Talika's quality I was used to from the previous eye mask. It turned out to be of inferior quality, like the made in China products you buy on amazon for 15 Euros. There were not many photos on the website back then so I made my purchase totally on trust. It's fabric (not hygienic, not possible to wash, and only a couple of red lights) When I received it I was very disappointed to see it and contacted the customer service. I wrote them that I opened the box and was very disappointed and I would like to return it. They replied explaining how and where to turn it. I wrote many times that the box is opened and asked for confirmation that I would receive a full refund. They again sent me the address to send it to. I sent it back paying 20 Euros shipping within the EU. Now the company is refusing to refund my money because the box is opened - which I had said in my e-mails - and they kept my money AND the product. They gave me a store credit for a lot less what the product now costs and I cannot use it for anything else as there is nothing else I want to buy there. They didn't tell me they won't refund but told me to send it back and now they don't take any responsibility for their error. I feel totally cheated for my money. Now the customer service is not even responding to my emails. This is not ethical treatment of customers let alone customer friendly.ps_ The company doesn't publish critical reviews. My critical review got just ignored. Only positive 5 star reviews are getting published, it seems, which doesn't create trust.
Talika used to my go-to for brow and lash conditioning/growing through the past many years, but the brand has gone to shambles since they outfaced their conditioning cream in the little blue pot. I've recently purchased their eyelash conditioner Lipocils, which has just been such a disappointment. It used to actually work, now it doesn't at all. After this, I am going to have to say my goodbyes to Talika after 13 years.
Bought the eye device from Sanareva. It took longer than paid for, to arrive. They claimed it got lost in the post. I located it. The tool is still under warranty & upon communicating with both Sanareva & Talika, I have been falsely accused by Sanareva, of not responding to them & falsely promised a returns label, from Talika. Sanareva’s reply, was merely a response to a damaged packaging complaint & required photo evidence. I did not reach out to them about such a simple thing. The actual product I bought was ‘The time Control Plus’ eye tool. It shortly produced a fault & had burned the corner of my eye. I haven’t used it since. It was 113 €. The UKICC have represented me since August 4th. I was attempting communication with both companies since March, a few months after purchase. Like myself, my representative has been ignored by these companies. Only two days ago, were they asked, to ask myself if I wanted a returns label - pathetic. The same false promise as myself, months ago. Do not invest your interests, especially cash, into either of these companies product. Read the reviews & be warned to spend with more ethical, honest & reliable companies with quality product, decent customer service & care.
