Bought a UV lamp, it was sent with missing parts (clamp part) and the lamp/light itself did not even work. Tried to return it for full refund, but seller keep saying they don't provide return shipping. Had to pay close to $50 to ship the lamp back and get the refund JUST for the lamp, and it was no fault of my own... I am out $50 as the company does not provide return for defective items. Beware, will never do business with them again.
