Review Time
After a month, I sought a refund and was informed that my order would be canceled and refunded. However, the order was shipped regardless. I asked for a refund and received a return label, sent back the item, but never got my money back. I followed up multiple times and got a reply saying they were investigating the refund but then they stopped responding. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
I placed in order August 10th. It is now September 26th. My item has not shipped. I reached out the first week of September and they said it would ship soon. It hasnt. I reached out to their chat bot and first it said my order didnt exist. I told it the order date and it found it and then it said my order is "unfulfilled" and that i should contact support. It only ordered 1 item for under $30. I am beyond frustrated and my issues still is not resolved. Do not recommend.
waited for a week on a product and they left me with no communication. when i called they were confused and said they would have the product in 1-2 days and they would call me back. they never called back and i had to go out of my way again to find out they never had the product, and were planning on letting me wait a month and not communicating with me at all. the product was important for my animals health and she will die without it. i will always tell everyone to stay away from this company. UPDATE: they said they would refund me and instead sent the product and completely disregarded me. do not trust this company still!! i had to go to the bank and report fraudulent activity and change my card.
If I could give a negative 1 I would. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a simple product for my two dogs and paid 11.99 shipping thinking in a few days maybe 1 week tops it would be delivered. nope no confirmation no one answering the phones then I finally get an email after I emailed them and they said the same thing as on the august 5 review that it would ship in 1-2 days nope it’s 14 days and i’m still waiting todays emails says will be shipped in the next couple of days r u kidding me its not coming from China what the heck’s going on? i still don’t have my order again this is the first and last time o will call my cc company and dispute it of i don’t receive it in a couple of days
I bought a product from them almost 2 months ago and never got the product! Everytime I call to ask about it it was “damaged” during shipping and they are waiting for a new shipment from the supplier. They do not reach out to inform you what’s going on with your order or when it will be delivered. Do not buy from them! They are a scam
