Poor Customer Support and quality of products

I bought an Emma Curb chain necklace as a Christmas present after about 2 months wear the clasp mechanism became loose and would not close- I asked customer services for a replacement- they said as it was over 100 days after shipping they would not replace it - this is pretty poor given it cost £180 - the quality is obviously not very good and Talisa have no interest in customers. I won’t buy anything from them again.
