My custom necklace was very cute, but only lasted 2 years with no water/sweat contact. They do not offer a lifetime guarantee. They only offered $30 reimbursement to get it replated at a jeweler, which would cost approx. $150.

I ordered a special map for my wife as a Christmas gift, placing the order back in September as I wanted to ensure I wouldn’t miss out. I kept it hidden until the right moment. The necklace features the address of our high school, the place where we shared our first kiss in 1975. When I presented it to her, she initially looked puzzled until she unwrapped it and realized its significance. It was a huge hit! She adores it and appreciates how unique and thoughtful it is. Unable to deliver the item within the chosen time frame. There’s no real update on the situation other than vague responses. It would be more considerate to inform customers upfront if there are delays in fulfilling orders. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Disappointing Quality Compared to Online Images

The quality of the charm is very poor when compared to the images displayed online, and it has noticeable pits. I'm extremely dissatisfied given the price I paid for this item. I will need to send it out for polishing to improve its appearance, as it looks quite cheap and is almost embarrassing. I initially believed this was made in the USA, specifically in New York, but it turns out it was made and shipped from another country. This has really affected my holiday spirit. I wish I could share a photo.

I got a custom necklace from my husband. The second time I wore it the diamond fell out. Its been over the warranty time frame so they won't do anything about it. Such a shame. I only wore it twice.

Cannot fault this company

Cannot fault this company. My partner's bracelet broke which we were very upset about. She works with her hands daily so this may have been a contributing factor. Anyway, we contacted the company and they were so helpful. They offered to get it repaired locally or send it back to them and they will replace it. We opted to send it back for a new one and they sent us a new one very very quickly. Very impressed. Bracelets are very nice.
