Have switched for just under one year now, and have only raised one query about being charged for a text message which I did not send - their online chat service via the app was quickly picked up by an agent, who promptly dealt with my query efficiently and with politeness - I am very happy with the service and package I have with TalkMobile, and can now also add their customer support - happy to recommend to others
