I joined Talk Mobile a few days ago while away from home, so using more data than average. Because of the system they use to randomly allocate the monthly billing date, I was only allocated a small fraction of my monthly data allowance. I ran out of data and called them for help. They gave me a small amount of data free (10% of my monthly allowance) and despite me telling them that this would not be enough, they refused to help further. Not a great start to my relationship with them - especially as it was strictly a one off and would’ve been very simple for them to help me for a few days.
