Poor verification process during registration. I submitted my Carte de Légitimation (CDL), which is an official Swiss government-issued ID, multiple times as requested. However, the support team kept rejecting it and asking for a “Swiss government-issued ID,” clearly not understanding that the CDL is exactly that. It seems they are not familiar with official Swiss ID documents. Very frustrating experience.
