I actually buy the Oud products regularly and they smell nice. The issue I have with T&A is their customer service. The products are very expensive for what they are and there's no way of knowing the scent before ordering unless they have the (very overpriced) samples of it. I bought the Christmas special edition set. Used it once in the wash and found it smelled awful. Rather than fresh forest it smells like the Christmas tree car freshener. I emailed customer service asking if I can swap it for anything else but never even got a reply. For the price I really expected more care. Also, it is cheaper at Tesco than if you buy online directly. Go figure!
