Fantastic customer service with a super speed reply via email in less than 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon! The customer service team immediately ordered a replacement to be sent for the faulty spray nozzle on the fabric and ironing spray.
I’m a fairly new customer and I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and very quick delivery of orders.
I also had a problem with my last order where I’d spent over the qualifying amount for free delivery but the ordering system still charged me. Again this was all sorted out within a matter of minutes - this was at the weekend too. You can’t fault their customer service for speed and quality of sorting issues, lovely smelling products too. I loved the Oud free sample I had (I wasn’t expecting I’d like this) and it left a lovely lingering scent - great for men’s shirts, so when I next order I will be ordering that one.
Looking forward to getting my sample pack of these products. I made a mistake on ordering but thankfully Deme sorted me out . I now look forward to to using them . They certainly sound great 👍🏻 .
Love this company and their products x just received my order of hopeless romantic shampoo and conditioner for laundry today x amazing x my dirty laundry came out smelling of roses and really clean x all on a 30degree wash x had a challenge with delivery but an email to customer service sorted out the problem and received my order within 24hrs x totally recommend this company for great products (I’ve also purchased coco butter kisses and loved that scent too) and exceptional customer service x their sample sachets are a good way to find out your perfect scent x thoroughly recommend x go on you won’t be disappointed x

I adore this company already. The fragrances are to die for especially aurora which was become my favorite perfume. On the couple of occasions where items have been damaged by the courier, customer service have been on the case straight away, to sort the problem in a timely and professional manner. I would have no qualms whatsoever in recommending this company.

Ordered the stain pen after seeing an advert. I wanted it for my aunt’s cream jacket that had very old orange stains on, dry cleaning had been unable to completely take them out.
Great customer service from the company, sadly the courier let us down on the 48 hour delivery and it took four days to arrive from order. However, I have requested a refund of the postage from the company and I’m awaiting them forwarding it to me.
The stain pen worked really well, as per the instructions I dabbed the stain liquid onto the jacket, with a clean cloth underneath. I worked it in with the pen and then finally rinsed out the excess with some water. Delighted to say that the stains faded so that they are hardly visible now and the jacket can be worn again. Good product very please with the results, I would recommend this product.
I emailed the company regarding a missing order, it had got damaged during transit so it didn’t arrive on time. The customer service team was so helpful and kind during this process and they reassured me that a new order would be swiftly sent to me. I am very grateful for the service/ support and speedy replies that I received. I will look forward to trying more products from this brand in the future! 💫
I ordered a few samples, that unfortunately the courier failed to deliver. I reached out to Tallow and Ash, Thea dealt with my issue and resolved it super quick and resent my smallest, plus a lot more to compensate. She was so lovely and helpful and can't fault the customer service. I have now used one sample of Date Night and it smells divine, been using a different brand that had zero smell and now every time I walk past where my washing is,.it makes me so happy to have such a lovely smell. 😀
