Fantastic customer service with a super speed reply via email in less than 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon! The customer service team immediately ordered a replacement to be sent for the faulty spray nozzle on the fabric and ironing spray.

I also had a problem with my last order where I’d spent over the qualifying amount for free delivery but the ordering system still charged me. Again this was all sorted out within a matter of minutes - this was at the weekend too. You can’t fault their customer service for speed and quality of sorting issues, lovely smelling products too. I loved the Oud free sample I had (I wasn’t expecting I’d like this) and it left a lovely lingering scent - great for men’s shirts, so when I next order I will be ordering that one.
