I have requested to cancel my membership multiple times, yet I am still being charged. Despite chatting with their support team and repeatedly asking for cancellation, I keep receiving payment messages. This is completely unacceptable!If a customer requests cancellation, it should be processed immediately, not ignored. Their lack of response and poor customer service make this a frustrating experience. I do not recommend this service to anyone.Fix this issue and stop charging customers unfairly!This app has the worst policies! I tried to reach their support team multiple times, but they ignored me.
