No Stars for This Experience... I ordered two and was presented with an additional one for $4.95, but then I was charged $14.73 for shipping on that special deal... This is NOT the same as the advertised product; it feels like a cheap imitation...
I had a dreadful experience with the customer service. I filed a claim for a damaged item purchased through their platform over two months ago, and despite several follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. They eventually canceled my claim and directed me to contact the seller, who ignored all my emails. This is unacceptable. I deeply regret using this service. I usually use another platform, which is much faster, more professional, and customer-focused. This was my first and last experience with them.
I made a payment through this service to a travel company, but it turned out to be a scam — I never received the service I paid for and the agency stopped responding. When I reached out for assistance and submitted a claim, they canceled it without providing any solution. Instead of resolving the issue or investigating the fraud, they are now sending me payment reminders for a service I never received. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This platform is supposed to protect customers, not enable scams. Very bad experience — I feel like I was scammed.
This is the worst company for business registration. It has been over two months that I have been trying to register with them. I have submitted all the required documents, yet every two weeks they contact me asking for the same documents again, and after another two weeks, they request additional documents they already possess.
It’s been over a month since I introduced this service to my customers. I have three pending payouts that have not been released. They have changed the payout schedule multiple times, and to date, no money has been deposited. This has severely impacted my business operations, and I had to halt activities because all the funds meant to sustain my business are with them. They keep assuring me that 'another team' is working on this delay, but no solution has been provided for releasing my funds. Three payouts?! That's a significant amount. I cannot recommend this payment method! Their service is very poor.
I stand firmly with those who have left reviews here. Tamara is an absolute scam! I never signed up for or agreed to any monthly charges, yet they have been deducting 19 DHS from my account every month without my consent. Support is only available through email or chat, but believe me, there's no real help offered! I urge everyone to steer clear of Tamara, or you will become the next victim!
