It seems that they have a hidden tick to activate the smart membership..I received the membership fees email and deducted from my card..I said okay maybe I did it by mistake, the customer service explained how to cancel the membership, then immediately went to the app and cancelled it, the weird thing that the month after, I received an email that I have to pay also the membership fees which I didn't use or even subscribe for...I called the customer service again complaining about the same, he said that the invoice was done already for the next month..what? Unbelievable how they are stealers!!!!
