I purchased an e-gift card on 19 November 2025 and requested it on 23 December 2025, but it never arrived. I reached out via messages and emails, but received no response (there was no phone number provided). I contacted a local branch, and they said they would follow up with the head office and call me back, but I never heard from them. I even involved my bank, who also reported a lack of response. This level of service was unacceptable and ruined our family Christmas and New Year plans, as the voucher was worth £90.
