I purchased an e-gift card on 19 November 2025 and requested it on 23 December 2025, but it never arrived. I reached out via messages and emails but received no reply (there's no phone number available). I contacted the local branch, and they promised to follow up with the head office and get back to me, but I never received a call or any contact. I even involved my bank, which also reported no response. This level of service is very disappointing. It ruined our family Christmas and New Year plans since the voucher was for £90.

I visited a local restaurant with my daughter and granddaughter, and we enjoyed a truly delightful lunch. I'm surprised by the negative feedback here, as this spot is among the best Indian restaurants in the area, with friendly and accommodating staff. If you stop by, be sure to try the Papdi chaat and goan fish curry—they're absolutely delicious!
Steer clear of this place. I canceled my reservation two hours before the scheduled time, yet they charged my card £50 half an hour later without any prior notice about cancellation fees in their communications or on their website. Have you ever seen an Indian restaurant completely packed at 8 PM? Just avoid this place.
I went to a restaurant and was charged twice for my meal. I was assured the extra amount would be refunded to my bank within a few days. After multiple calls to the restaurant and repeated promises of a refund, a week later, I still haven't received anything. I would not recommend this place.
My family and I visited a restaurant on a Saturday night, and we were really looking forward to sharing our meal. However, the waitress insisted we order all our food at once, which led to our starters arriving separately and without any apology. When we tried to order more food, it created tension with the staff. The manager rudely informed us that they had a policy against staggered orders. Although they honored our request this time, we were told we had to leave within 90 minutes. The service did not improve, and the meal, which cost over £100 including a 10% service charge, was not worth it. Sadly, this will be our last visit.
The food here is fantastic, with generous portions for the mains. I enjoyed a delicious cocktail named 'hair of the dog,' which was fruity and sweet. If you like cocktails with strawberry flavors, I highly recommend it. However, I found it challenging to find another cocktail option that suited my taste.
I have frequented a location several times, but my recent Saturday evening visit was very disappointing. I had a reservation for 9:30 PM for myself and family, expecting a pleasant evening. However, we were rushed to order starters, and they were served one by one, making it awkward to share. The mains also arrived one by one, and we felt pressured to leave soon after finishing, despite having traveled a long distance for what we hoped would be a nice meal. The service was impersonal, and the food did not meet the usual standards. I doubt I will return.
We booked a table for 12 people and felt rushed to place our order. Instead of enjoying our starters first, we were pressured to order everything at once. The mains arrived with the starters, leaving us unable to finish them. The food was bland, the lamb was tough, and everything felt hurried. There was limited space on our table for all the dishes, and no one came to clear finished plates. The service was very poor, and I would not recommend this place.
I visited a restaurant today, and the welcoming staff were lovely. However, the lunch deal was misleading, and the server seemed indifferent. The advertisement promised a free drink with a £15 meal, but it turned out that many drinks had an extra charge. The food was decent, but I’ve had better. Despite our efforts to be polite, the server's attitude was off-putting. When I asked her to leave my drink as I was still using it, she checked it harshly before putting it back down. At the end, we requested to remove the optional service charge from our bill. It was my first visit, and I likely won’t return.
