My family and I visited a restaurant on a Saturday night, and we were really looking forward to sharing our meal. However, the waitress insisted we order all our food at once, which led to our starters arriving separately and without any apology. When we tried to order more food, it created tension with the staff. The manager rudely informed us that they had a policy against staggered orders. Although they honored our request this time, we were told we had to leave within 90 minutes. The service did not improve, and the meal, which cost over £100 including a 10% service charge, was not worth it. Sadly, this will be our last visit.
