They have gone on to lie to the bank and to the BBB by telling them that "customer changed his mind", but the damn shorts are multiple sizes too small, NOT what they are supposed to be! They have refunded me $5.88 as "a good faith courtesy"... a fraction of what I paid for the defective item!
