If you're considering signing up with this bank, think again. The lack of monthly fees isn't worth the trouble. Their customer protection is virtually nonexistent. After my credit card information was stolen online, they offered no assistance. While other banks resolve disputes in 1-2 weeks, this bank took around 6 weeks to respond, only to inform me they couldn't assist. Despite knowing my credit card was compromised, they blamed me and demanded payment for the stolen amount. This approach is unjust. Victims of fraud shouldn't be held responsible. Their online-only model makes it easy for them to ignore customers, and during my calls, I was shuffled between departments with no resolution. I've had better experiences with other banks; I recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering this one. I'm canceling my accounts as they clearly prioritize profit over customer care.
