If you are considering signing up with this bank, think again. The absence of monthly fees is not worth the hassle. This institution offers no protection for its customers. I experienced fraudulent activity with my credit card, and they provided no assistance whatsoever. While other banks resolve disputes in 1-2 weeks, this bank took around 6 weeks to reach out, only to inform me they couldn't assist. Despite knowing my card was compromised, they tried to hold me accountable for the stolen funds, citing their policies. This feels profoundly unjust; why should fraud victims bear the burden? By placing blame on the victim, it seems they are favoring the scammers. Their operation is entirely online and by phone, which allows them to evade accountability and neglect customer needs. During my phone call, I was shuffled through four different departments, none of which were connected to my issue, making it feel like a tactic to frustrate me into dropping my complaint. I have banked with other institutions that are far superior. I strongly recommend finding another banking option if you're considering this one; it's simply not worth your time or money. I am terminating all my accounts with them as they are the worst financial institution I have ever encountered, showing no care for their customers and solely focused on profit.
