Literally so annoyed with them right now. We've been with Tangerine for a few years now and never had any major problems - a few drop outs here and there that were easily fixed by resetting the modem or NBN - but since New Year's (almost a month!!!) they've been a nightmare. Our wifi ISN'T working and I've called them every week about it. First it was that our modem "wasn't working" (untrue, because we tested it at a friend's house and it was fine) and we "had" to use theirs, and then, when we did agree to test theirs, that POS didn't work either! They gave us the run around for AGES, saying we had to trouble shoot via a computer, and then EVEN WHEN WE DID THAT they STILL haven't fixed the problem? And, quote unquote, the "new modem we sent you has an error, soooo sorry". We're on test modem number 3, and I'm writing this in an absolute rage because it has now officially stopped me from attending a mandatory orientation session - so, it has now messed up my personal/social life, my job, AND my study. I'm 🤏 this close to dropping them entirely. Their only benefit is that at least the wait times aren't normally long, so I only have to listen to terrible placitudes after a minute or less! Wow, what great service. Paying $90 a month for internet I'm *not even getting*.
