NBN internet down for 9 days and still no resolution. 4-5 phone calls and still no pathway to resolution. First they said it was the modem (purchased from Tangerine), now a direct laptop to NBN box diagnostic identifies the issue may be with the carrier but the offshore call centre (i.e. not in Aus) just doesn't seem to have the capacity to escalate and resolve. I seriously question their ability to troubleshoot problems with the never ending escalation to another team to help solve the problem. I am seriously considering other options.

Literally so annoyed with them right now. We've been with Tangerine for a few years now and never had any major problems - a few drop outs here and there that were easily fixed by resetting the modem or NBN - but since New Year's (almost a month!!!) they've been a nightmare. Our wifi ISN'T working and I've called them every week about it. First it was that our modem "wasn't working" (untrue, because we tested it at a friend's house and it was fine) and we "had" to use theirs, and then, when we did agree to test theirs, that POS didn't work either! They gave us the run around for AGES, saying we had to trouble shoot via a computer, and then EVEN WHEN WE DID THAT they STILL haven't fixed the problem? And, quote unquote, the "new modem we sent you has an error, soooo sorry". We're on test modem number 3, and I'm writing this in an absolute rage because it has now officially stopped me from attending a mandatory orientation session - so, it has now messed up my personal/social life, my job, AND my study. I'm 🤏 this close to dropping them entirely. Their only benefit is that at least the wait times aren't normally long, so I only have to listen to terrible placitudes after a minute or less! Wow, what great service. Paying $90 a month for internet I'm *not even getting*.
I honestly don’t know how this company is still operating.My mobile service barely works. people cannot reach me, and I can’t even make calls in the middle of the CBD. Completely unreliable.The NBN speed is a joke. I’m paying for 500 Mbps and the maximum I’ve ever seen is 25–30 Mbps. That’s not a fluctuation that’s outright false advertising.The internet feels like it’s from the 90s. Slow, unstable, and constantly dropping.Technical support called me back after TWO WEEKS. Two weeks. That’s not support. that’s comedy.Mobile service still not working properly, even after chasing them.If you value your time, money, or basic connectivity, stay away. This is hands down one of the worst telecom experiences I’ve ever had.
I have issues eith my esim (unable to make calls or send receive sms). When downloading a new QR code it displayed an error on the code so I was unable to use it. I tried for days with different tech staff but because I could bo longer receive sms I couldn't get the one time pin. Eventually they told me they would express post a new sim to my address. It's been 5 days since they said than and according to the AUS POST shipping number they gave .e it hasn't been sent yet. I confirmed it with the online chat and they apologised but couldn't give me an ETA for the new Sim. I've made a complaint with the TIO and they gave given Tangerine 2 weeks to sort but I'm not confident. Tangerine has also sent me a bill for the month lol. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MOBILE SERVICE TO TANGERINE. EVER!
I signed up as it was so cheap.When the service was started my router reported a username/password failure.I went to the portal and got the info.That didn't work. I posted a report.I didn't get a response (still haven't).Fortunately I know what I'm doing and figured out the link was ilop which doesn't need any authorisation. Any unsuspecting user would be forced into buying one of their modems to get it resolved.After 8 days I got a response to say my link was working. What a joke....even bigger joke was their reply to me on trustpilot.fortunatly they don't do much as the link is really controlled by NBN Co. i'll be moving away after the discounted 6 months.if you don't have computer skills keep well away from this company.
