I had no issues with my first order with Tangerine, but I recently moved to a new address within the same city and it's been a nightmare to get my internet connected. I requested the mobility over a week ago, contacted their support team via chat and phone call and absolutely nothing happens. The only thing they tell me is that I need to "wait 24h to 48h" and I guess just hope for the best. If internet is not connected by then, call again and probably wait longer.My wife and I depend on the internet to work and this experience has been extremely disruptive. If I knew it was gonna be this hard, I would've switched to another provider.
