Absolute rubbish - internet connection was so slow and inconsistent, with constant dropouts, to the point that we were basically relying on our mobile data even at home. Even a simple scroll on social media was too much for tangerine to handle. Not only that but their own payment portal was super unreliable, often leaving me unable to pay my bill because of a glitch on their website.We persisted for 6 months and kicked ourselves every month that we didn’t switch providers. Don’t fall for the low prices and fun advertising - the bargain is not worth the complete incompetence.EDIT: GOOD LUCK LEAVING!Cancelled my plan prior to the next billing period, received confirmation email that my service had been cancelled, have since been billed for two months I haven’t even been connected for. Customer service still have not got back to me.
