I want to share my experience after over 40 days of frustration with the service regarding a PayPal reward I never received. On Nov 8, a PayPal reward was sent to my email. The email is accurate and linked to my PayPal account, where I receive payments without issues. However, no pending payment appears in my account. Initially, I was told the payment was canceled and would be refunded after 30 days. But weeks later, the explanation changed, stating it was processed and delivered, incorrectly blaming PayPal. The sender confirmed the payment is active and delivered, but they can’t issue a refund without confirmation of cancellation. I feel caught in the middle with conflicting information from representatives and no clear resolution. This has been a disappointing experience for a company handling digital payments. A simple unclaimed PayPal reward should not take over 40 days to resolve. I advise caution when dealing with the service, as support becomes slow and unhelpful.
