I want to share my experience after over 40 days of frustration with the service regarding a PayPal reward I never received. On Nov 8, a PayPal reward was sent to my email. The email is accurate and linked to my PayPal account, where I receive payments without issues. However, no pending payment appears in my account. Initially, I was told the payment was canceled and would be refunded after 30 days. But weeks later, the explanation changed, stating it was processed and delivered, incorrectly blaming PayPal. The sender confirmed the payment is active and delivered, but they can’t issue a refund without confirmation of cancellation. I feel caught in the middle with conflicting information from representatives and no clear resolution. This has been a disappointing experience for a company handling digital payments. A simple unclaimed PayPal reward should not take over 40 days to resolve. I advise caution when dealing with the service, as support becomes slow and unhelpful.
I would steer clear of any offers involving these cards. I've struggled to use them multiple times due to their complexity. You must closely monitor expiration dates, and there are too many confusing steps to redeem them. It's frustrating, and I often end up with no balance or unfulfilled promises. It's disappointing that these cards are seen as rewards for good deeds, yet they are so difficult to use.
