Getting my money back has been a struggle. I was assured that I would receive the interest accrued on my savings, but now I'm being informed that it can only be returned when I'm physically present. This feels like a dishonest tactic, as I'm not receiving the funds that were promised. I will never engage with this service again and feel cheated without the interest being returned.
