Extremely disappointed with this app! I placed my order on 8th October 2025, but it was never delivered. Despite this, the app inaccurately marked it as delivered, which is completely misleading. I reached out to customer support several times, but received no adequate response and have yet to see a refund. As of today, 13th January 2026, I am still waiting for my refund. This situation is entirely unacceptable. The service is very poor, the delivery status is misleading, and there is a lack of customer support. I strongly advise against trusting this app.
I was misled into a scheme that seemed successful until the 11th month. After moving out of the country, I was unable to be physically present to collect the gold I had purchased. Getting my money back has been a struggle. I was assured that I would receive the interest accrued on my savings, but now I'm being informed that it can only be returned when I'm physically present. This feels like a dishonest tactic, as I'm not receiving the funds that were promised. I will never engage with this service again and feel cheated without the interest being returned.
One of the least customer-friendly companies I've encountered, worse than a roadside vendor lacking any ethics or professionalism. They create nightmares when you try to reach out to them, skillfully passing you from one desk to another until you give up. I will also be sharing videos of their actions on social media.
I have been trying to reach the support team through their toll-free number, and the experience has been awful. The IVR does not lead to a direct connection, and after following the prompts, I was left on hold for over 5 minutes with no updates. It's unclear whether I should stay on the line or hang up. This issue needs urgent attention.
