I purchased this model and soon noticed that readings, aside from my weight and BMI, were inconsistent. Despite reaching out to the company multiple times within the warranty period, I received generic responses without resolution. They should have replaced it or offered a significant discount on an updated version. Now I have an expensive scale that only partially works.
