THE ULTIMATE SCALE! As a wrestler constantly needing to make weight, my small scale has been incredibly accurate, matching the readings of professional tournament scales. The body fat measurement features have also been impressively precise for my physical assessments. It has never failed me throughout the years and continues to help me achieve my fitness goals. The durability is outstanding; I've never had to change the batteries since I got it for my 11th birthday in 2013. It remains my oldest and most reliable possession. I have been using this scale since 2022. Initially, it worked perfectly, and I compared its measurements with professional equipment. However, since 2025, I've experienced issues: errors when trying to view results, chaotic and incorrect data compared to my endocrinologist’s measurements. It’s alarming to see body fat readings jump dramatically in such a short time. The company explains high fat percentages can occur with low hydration, but both values increased. Admittedly, there are software and sensor issues that make it unreliable over time. I cannot recommend this scale.
Not recommended. After 1.5 years of proper use, the cable insulation cracked, yet the company refuses to honor the warranty, providing various excuses instead of acknowledging the poor material quality. It’s disappointing for a company with specialized equipment to treat customers this way. They admitted I’m not the only one facing this issue.
I’ve used this brand for years, and my last scale lasted over a decade. Recently, I upgraded to the RD-953 for smartphone connectivity to track my weight loss. However, it only connected once, and now I have to pair the devices every time I use it, which is frustrating. The scales are excellent, but the app needs significant improvement to be functional.

They should have replaced it or offered a significant discount on an updated version. Now I have an expensive scale that only partially works.
