Overall service is OK, but I hate the way they provide incorrect waybill numbers on the order page. People shouldn't have to ask customer service for a number that can actually track the parcel when it leaves China - firstly I got given the tracking updates, then had to ask again for the actual number. I don't really understand why there seems to be a sort of reluctance to provide such basic information. If they want less complaints/inquiries then it would be a good idea to just hand over the relevant info.
