I bought a product on Taobao and the seller send me a wrong one. I wanted to get the product as soon as possible so I bought the wrong part again, but the seller send me the wrong part a second time. I wrote a bad review and he blackmailed me that he would send me the product (that I payed for twice) with no more extra costs, if I change the review. I did that then he told me that I am a naive ***. Probably he was right with that xD Anyways since the guy obviously cheated me I thought customer support might help me, but they were incredible unprofessional too. After some efforts the customer support told me that the seller isn't answering them anymore, so they can't do anything. I am waiting now since 5 weeks for either the product that I payed for or a refund, but I already gave up on both.The only thing I can do now is give you guys a good advice.NEVER BUY SOMETHING ON TAOBAO!
