Bought a set of DVD from a guy in Hong Kong. Item apparently was shipped from China but get stuck with the courier for some reason. They considered the transaction completed in the meantime. I query Taobao, and they said they won't look at it any longer. They asked me to contact seller. Seller asked me to contact the courier and "advised" me that next time before I buy, I should check that the item can be shipped to Australia (that's where I live). I called the courier and they said will ship back to buyer. Buyer said he will refund once he has the item back. Then nothing! I contacted buyer and he won't reply to me anymore. After going through a lot of trouble, no DVD, no refund! I am staying with eBay, much safer. (Taobao, if you are listening, the transaction no is 1634537856295871.)
