I’ve used Taobao English for the first time and I am annoyed. I wasn’t given option and had to pay for home delivery. Home delivery = parcel delivered at recipient address. And two weeks later no communication from Taobao and here is what happen:Cainiao was automatically chosen as home delivery but they do not deliver to village homes like Sf Express or any other decent courrier do. None of the tracking numbers I was given worked in any system.Not even in Cainiao tracking system. The driver gave me a 10 minutes notice to come to HIS address in a village different from mine when I was at work in town. Impossible for me to come back or even try finding someone to help. I explain all of that to Cainiao driver and I asked him what was the plan but he sent a “package rejected by recipient » to Taobao system without giving me any option.These practices are from both companies are deceiving; waste of time and energy. That was two weeks ago and I am still waiting for Taobao and Cainiao to advise on my next move. Therefore I gave them two options:1- delivery using SF Express - yes they now work with taobao- to my home address without any additional cost for me2- or full refund both the products and the home delivery. The email address for Taobao english is not working. If someone has a tip on how to solve this…Thank you for your attention.
