Terrible experience. They claimed my withdrawal was successful, but I never received it. Support says they will add the funds back into my account 'soon,' but I am doubtful. They seem untrustworthy, and I cannot recommend them. Edit: They did restore the funds so I could request another withdrawal, but since then, my account has been banned. Was it due to this review? Are they really this unprofessional? I’m uncertain if I will receive my money; I certainly haven’t yet. This is unacceptable.
