If I could rate this company without any stars, I would. This has been the worst experience with any business I’ve encountered. I’ve been trying to reach someone since last Thursday, and it’s now Sunday with no response. I feel embarrassed as a former customer service representative. This is a disgrace! Their claims of 24-hour support and access to daily funds are completely false. I cannot understand how they have received positive reviews; they must be fraudulent. My experience has been nothing but negative.
