The app, the card, and the customer service are extremely disappointing. I receive a salary, so why does my available balance fluctuate so drastically from one day to the next? One day I see 87 dollars, then 37, and another day just 18? Additionally, I worked for four consecutive days without seeing any updated balance; it remained at zero the entire time, and it wasn't even a pay week. The app allows you to set a PIN and activate your card, but neither function works. When I reached out to customer support, they blamed everything on my company, insisting nothing was wrong on their side. While I don't rely on this service for my livelihood, it would be helpful in emergencies if it functioned properly. I had to input a date because it's required, but there are multiple dates involved. Once again, I find myself doing the work for the service.
They will indeed create false documents. I received a screenshot of my hours log that was supposedly shared by the service, but the report I received from the actual provider was completely different from what was shown to me. This service is misleading.
If I could rate this company without any stars, I would. This has been the worst experience with any business I’ve encountered. Their claims of 24-hour support and access to daily funds are completely false. I cannot understand how they have received positive reviews; they must be fraudulent. My experience has been nothing but negative.
