The app allows you to set a PIN and activate your card, but neither function works. When I reached out to customer support, they blamed everything on my company, insisting nothing was wrong on their side. While I don't rely on this service for my livelihood, it would be helpful in emergencies if it functioned properly. I had to input a date because it's required, but there are multiple dates involved. Once again, I find myself doing the work for the service.
